We want you to love your Parker Thatch purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label visible.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
